Oh man, I tried. I really tried. Kaare Andrews’ art is
pretty, make no mistake. But the grim dark tone. The insane violence. And the
portrayal of Danny Rand as being a superficial bozo. It’s all too much.
When I got to the cliffhanger where K’un L’un was burned to
the ground with bodies and blood everywhere? Yeah, that’s enough for me.
This book is EVIL. I’ll wait for Iron Fist’s next
appearance.
